Launcher issue

Past couple days, when i go to launch the game, it doesn't do anything. no errors, no game, absolutely nothing is happening?

advice?

Server must be full. Try checking the population next time. You'll be unable to play if there are more than 1200 people playing.

War.exe doesn't start after clicking log in?
