World of Warcraft kinda killed the old school archetype system coz every MMO that came out a couple of years after tried to be it. The common old school MMO classes used to be:
DPS, Tanks, Healers, Support, Crowd Controll.
Like I said Support and Crowd Controll still exist but it has been intigrated into the dps, tanks and healer classes. So adding new classes into this game is a massive problem. Coz they either need to be the other hybrids like Ranged Tanks or be something completly new. Camelot Unchained are experimenting with this adding pure scout and crafting classes i dunno how the scouts are gonna work, But crafters is gonna be a part in the combat system by building structures. Something i don't think RoR can even impliment. The choise of goin trinity over the old school system kinda limits what you can do. But we can always be hypootetical

It would probably not be a new role but rdps separated into 2 roles. Like in MOBAs. A rdps who relies on spells, and a rdps who relies on physical damage (bullets, arrows, bolts, etc). The spell-heavy rdps could also be respoonsible for CCs. At least MOBAs are the only occasions I can think of where there are 5 roles.

Well since we're fantasizing about the creation of a 5th class per faction, here's my picks:
Destro:
Orc Shaman
Chaos Beastman Warrior
DE not sure. Corsair maybe? Or a DE armed with a hand repeater crossbow. Again, not sure.
Order:
HE- idk
Dwarf miner with a pickaxe?
Flagellant - these nutters would be a blast to play. And would be only toon in the game with no 'Flee' skill, as they never retreat or run away. These would be a lot of fun, as they say funny/insane things and look insane, and in general are very characterful.

like peter said, traditionally that next spot would be a CC/Mezz bot. Usually a pure utility class that relies strictly on group mezz / sleep ability. sometimes providing group based buffs etc.
DAoC is a good example for this, but the group mezz class was very different one each realm

My 5th Class would be a mindless shambling zombie that whatever it hits turns into another mindless shambling zombie. Forever. It will have lower movement speed than normal (like perma snared), but has stealth ofc.... XD XD XD

infect random people in RvR lake per tier, that guy turns into a zombie who is attackable by both sides. no speed decrease though otherwise it would be pointless. But otherwise let it go until either no zombies left or no normals lol
Obviously if this ever were to be possible, it would require quite a bit more thought than this ;p

Maybe a support class, a buffer. But a new race for each faction woul be better skavens would have been destro I guess and lets say Ogres for Order. (definetly not halflings)

I would've loved to see Lizard-tards in the game. Like Temple guard for tanks, Skinks for RDPS, Skink priests as healers and Saurus warriors as MDPS, or whatevs. Just wouldve been cool to have them in the game as playable toons.

Nope. Never going to happen. Likewise for Tomb Kings.
