Black screen

Hello, i'm Jaymz

i have a problem, las night i start the game but after select my character, when load interface all the screen was black. I restart the game, the pc, but doesn't work.

Only see the action bar, the chat and the menu. I tried to configurated but doesn´t work.

Can anyone help me?

Really i don`t know what happened, but i just erased my character and created another.
