To me it looks like a GPU problem. Try updating its drivers, reinstall microsoft direct X and C++.

You can run other games fine? You could also try reseating the GPU among other things I guess. Beyond that I don't know.

The few times I have had the problem myself in idfferent games it usually means the GPU is being fried by high temps (200+ degrees AMERICAN) or the card is damaged.

I can play normal games fine... I have a similar problem with gmod, but that's when I don't have the textures to a specific map.

Could be corrupt game files, didn't think of that for some reason. Did you use the torrent or the DDL? If you used the torrent you should be able to just do a file check, if you used the DDL you will have to redownload the entire thing again.
