Just started, questions/looking for general server condition

Played the original game, just wondering if there is a place to see this servers content status compared to the original retail version.

I know leveling was capped at 35, haven't found why yet.
All Dest start at the same area, but I don't know if it's due to any quest bugs in other starting zones.

you can travel (book of binding) to your racial starting point.

content is up to t3 right now.

t4 is been working on activly and should be released in some time.

Level is capped at 35 because 40 will be released with tier4 launch, along with t4 zones.
Destro/Order start in the same area as that is how it was on live towards the last 3+ years(Maybe with the introduction of endless trial).
You can use book of binding to take you to race specific starting areas.
