Crash to Desktop after Logos

As the title says, whenever I sign in, I get the splashscreens of Mythic and everything and get to the loading screen, then for a millisecond I can see the licensing agreement on the main game screen, but then it goes black and crashes to desktop.

Now, I installed this game by downloading all the pieces and extracting them to the same location. When I did this for each piece of the file, it asked me if I wanted to over-write existing files, and then each one seemed to have a data-read error of a different sort. For some reason, art.myp and art2.myp have 0kb, but art3.myp has 406,084kb. So should I not have said yes to all on the over-write when I was extracting each consecutive piece? I used the download files that there were five of (I think it's the most recent files that are on the forum post about installing the game). IS there some step I missed or something? Some help would be appreciated as this is kind of stressful for me.

I always use torrents, but in my experience with multi part downloads you should only have to extant the 1st file for ex...

>File_1.rar/7.zip

and it will extract the entire sequence at once so there shouldnt be a need to extract each file individually.
