Another launcher problem

Hey im new here, and right off the bat i have problem with launching, after i click connect the "error" pops up. Ive seen other Topics about that but it seems my "error details" are a bit diffrent, i tried to do things that solved similiar problems(cmd->win32->"lodctr /e:PerfProc") but still not results.
