Destruction Undivided: Victory through alliances.

Hello! Destruction Undivided is currently looking for friendly and active guilds that are interested in the advantages an alliance brings. We are NA/EU focused. We are a pure Destruction alliance, and we are looking for more guilds like ourselves.

As a faction, Destruction stands at the same point that Order does, with the introduction of alliances its clear to remain competitive against order, guilds must come together with the goal of seeing their own guild advance alongside others. Small guilds especially can benefit from joining an alliance, as they can easily fill premades through the use of alliance chat, as well as share in the knowledge that takes time to come by that an alliance will have.

Our guild members share the vision of an alliance that will benefit destruction as a whole and this means a few important things for us. We are always ready to help anyone in need, and this goes right from class specific advice, grinding levels, trade skill assistance, up to aiding in premades for orvr, scenarios and roams.

But we want to go even further and ensure that we can field premades at a constant rate to combat orders.

Alliances are good for leveling assistance, crafting knowledge, and forming premades, but they thrive when the most knowledgeable of each guild gets together and works on that true endgame content.

ORVR for example will benefit hugely from our alliance. Its easy to get a warband going, you invite a couple buddies, open the warband up, announce in tier and LFG chat and you got yourself a warband in no time at all.

Were an alliance would come in, is it would give us the advantage were those leading warbands could work on strategies that would ensure victory over order.

This goes above and beyond just directing a zerg, as any capable leader knows that warbands who work together beyond just suggestions in tier chat. local or region chat, can win on the battlefield.

Motivated leaders, who can communicate effectively with other warbands in the region can take advantage of their combined ambition to see Destruction kept winning on the battlefield.

Everyone can see those moments in RVR, were multiple warbands split up, or a rush is to early, or the wrong capture point was gone to first, and get cut down are easily avoided with some tactical foresight and leaders directing their warbands properly. Knowing when to split up, and when to stay together are key to ensuring RVR success and this can only come through leaders within our faction working together and those who want to see success on the battlefield.

One huge advantage to roaming focused parties, is the ability to find members who want to join in on those assault squads, and over time the alliance as a whole will grow some highly effective smaller roam parties, that can work into the strategies of those larger warband/multi-warband groups. Even just simply knowing what the warbands are doing from alliance chat or scout info on enemy locations that can be gleamed from an alliance chat, can be extremely helpful in determining your parties next move.

Scenario premades work much the same way, the basic concept is just stay together while capping points or holding objectives for the team. The value of having people in an alliance who understand this, and want to rally around the basic principle of teamwork, can benefit any guild looking to keep premades going strong beyond just scheduled group times in the guild.

The ability as a leader to call upon willing and ready members for any sort of premade is huge. Knowing that said members will respect your leadership and want to win through teamwork is a huge advantage we can give our party and warband leaders in ORVR and scenarios.

To hold such an alliance together requires only a couple simple rules at this point.

1. Respect in alliance chat is a must at all times, no flaming or insulting. This goes for anyone joining any alliance ran groups, if someone is leading a premade with alliance members, your expected to follow their lead. Ensuring our leaders have the respect they need to run parties and warbands is crucial to allowing them to develop and improve the skills they need to keep a group winning consistently over time, as well as keeping this community helpful and friendly to everyone.

2. No guild is allowed to recruit members from another alliances guild. This will ensure that smaller guilds aren't having members taken by larger guilds, as well as the more elitist ones can't just cherry pick the top of the alliance for their own benefit. This is very important, as knowledge and skill won't be focused into a few select guilds, instead it will allow us as an alliance to have members learn from the guilds who are good at what they do, and bring that knowledge back to their own guild. This is about growing a strong alliance, and leaders can't do that if they have are having to worry about their top men and women being targeted for recruitment by the more competitive guilds. At the same time, this will give us an alliance we can all work on improving, which ultimately benefits each guild.

To sum up, we want to build a community of Destruction focused guilds, who can all come together to ensure we get the most from a successful alliance in a fun loving and teamwork based group of people.

If you or your guild are interested in our vision of improving Destruction, you can message me here on the forums, or send a mail or tell to Aruis, my ingame name.
