Issues logging in

Hello, I've downloaded and installed the client on a new computer. Everything is supposed to be as it is, unchecked read only, I run as admin. Installed the dxjun2010 and changed the password on a new account, to unbug it as the latest news-post suggested but when I'm trying to login I 'm getting this message

that error is not account related but it seems to be that you dont have access to the WAR.exe file as the current user, or that the file is not in this path: H:\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe

thats my n00bish interpretation of the error anyway

uncheck file write protection for all files in the WAR folder and make sure the RORlauncher is in the same folder as WAR.exe itself.

and also make sure that (if downloaded using) the torrent program is not running (as it might be using the files for seeding or whatevs)

Any clues how could I check/fix this?

Check again the user rights of that folder where your war.exe lies.
And when you remove Read only see if there is an Option with :"also apply for subfolders "
