Everything is disappearing, but only on low level destro.

I have a strange issue that is going on. When I create a new, low level destro toon (I've tried 4 toons), eventually (usually 2-5 minutes into play time) - everything disappears/freezes up. However, my group mates report still seeing my chat, emotes, etc. This does not happen on my lvl 31 sorc, nor does it happen on my low level order toons.

I have tried to delete my user folder and restart, I've deleted my cache and I've tried turning off all of my addons, nothing seems to impact it. If I try to logout, I will leave the game (according to my friends), but on my screen I stay on. If I run somewhere, and crash the game and sign out, I will be were I ran to.
