PvE leveling and RvR

I tend to play late evening/late night and I was wondering if I would really gimp myself by leveling through pve. RvR tends to be max level the later you get and the same applies for SC pops, barring weekends. It has been a good long while since I did max level content in WAR so I do not remember if I will be reviled if my Renown rank is a lot lower than my actual level. The renown gear is the obvious downside (until I catch up) but besides that should I be okay? If I have to wait to keep my RR even I may never get my ass there.

Man, even if you keep your RR 2:1 to your rank it won't help in T3: you will get murdered, alot. I'd not worry about this, just try to keep your equipment somewhere around your level and you well be fine-ish.
