Old accounts all gone?

Just wanted to clarify this as I didn't see it in an FAQ anywhere. I used to play AoR, so just wanted to verify that my old account and characters are all gone now.

this is not EA,Mythic,GOA nor Gamesworkshop. The ones running this server are just some random guys and girls that didnt want warhammer to die. this is no EA server. It is a private server, so how do you think they would be able to get old your accounts data? We didnt get a single file from games workshop, only the game files we already had.
