OP updated? I havnt DL this yet... Been reading about it though! I think I may need a GPU upgrade this year as when I run max settings in heavy RvR I get low FPS, but most places am 70-80 FPS

Anyways, LOVE this and want to DL it very soon, just havnt had the time to invest. Now there is a new version I may have to take the time :)

By the way, am I crazy or has it been night for a very long time in game ? I am paranoid in thinking it's the shaders but I don't think why it would be...

Regardless, it's been night for like thep ast..4 hours now

EDIT: Woop nevermind. It just turns out that WAR has very very very long night cycles :p

I read somewhere WAR ingame time is same as real time. If u play by nights, you wont see sun:)

I would really like a "always nighttime patch" i have a much better warhammer experience when its night.
Also I would like it when the devs would enable the rain/storm effects. they are in the gamefiles but only very few of them are being used (like snowfall in highpass) :( some nice rainy night would be very moody :)

Edit: I just turned it on ingame together with 4K and it looks stunning. the skin of the model looks so damn smooth.

Im back to the version before Reshade as I liked the colors way more, but can anyone help me by telling me how to do the scale to 4k and downsample it in NVIDIA inspector?

I tried downsampling just to check does it really make difference. I used that guide:

Maybe because I was doing it from 4k to 2k it didnt make my expectations, game feeled laggy, to me unplayable.

Cheers for the reply mate but I thought there was a way to use some AA to just force one game to do the over/undersampling? At least I think I have read that somewhere.... :D

EDIT: What I am looking for is DSR (Dynamic Super Resolution) but idk how to enable it when looking in NVIDIA inspector, as I guess if I go into normal NVIDIA control panel and set DSR for that game (to say for example x2.0) it would nullify the settings imported in inspector?

DSR is not in nvidia inspector. right click your desktop and open the nvidia control panel.
on the left side you will see something like "manage 3D settings". Click on it.
scroll down under "global settings" until you find "DSR" and "DSR smoothness".
tick the boxes in the DSR tab (each box enables a different resolution), and set the smoothness to a value you like (i use 13%smoothness).
Remember that not every Card supports DSR, but i can tell that gtx960 and above do.
Now open your game and select the resolution in the video settings ingame.
Highest res is 4K.
This is very demanding and only high end GPU can manage to get decent FPS without inputlag.
I Can use Sildurs shaders and 4K with around 30 fps. (thats not enough so I only use it to take screens)
without Sildurs shaders I get around 60-100fps on 4k DSR.
With Sildurs Shaders and 2K DSR I get playable 40-70fps.
My GPU is a Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 and my CPU is a i5 Devils Canyon.
