Game account not active (after ban)

Hello,

I received a ban which was supposed to end: "Wed march 16, 2016 4:30 am". I have regained forum access but when trying to access the game I get the following message: "Your account is not active". Any help would be appreciated!

Try again now.
Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.
