We're aware of the problem. You just have to be patient and wait for a fix.
Pretty much always afk or tabbed out.

Same problem with a new account i created, because i could not logg into my first account after i set up a new password. Invalid Username / Password like mentioned in another posting.
I created a new account - there i got the problem like everyone here.

Hopefully i don't need to start on another account again : / ( want my toons back ) :-)

Waiting for a fix tho

I have this same problem 5 minutes ago when I wanted to make new char.
