Runepriest Toggle

If you have any healcrit % from renown. Upon using the toggle this does not become magical crit chance. Only the crit chance from items itself switches over. If this intended then I understand my confusion. If it isn't, it would explain me not being able to land this heal debuff very often :)

It is intended, the tooltip specifically says it only converts stats from items.

If it was at all able to only be for magic crit.... I think it would very not OP, and also make some good use of their healdebuff. In my trials... I am finding this very very difficult to make the toggle useful, but I will trek on!
