Connection only works with VPN

Hey,

I'm having troubles connecting to the game. For some reason I can only connect with a vpn. When I try without I'm stuck ingame when it says "Logging in..." after handshaking. I did some paket tracing and without vpn it is doing a lot of messages, including one with

... but after "Logging in..." is appearing it fails. Also I did make sure to check every firewall and admin privilegues and such things. It is very sad because vpn has a high latency and is not that optimal...

Edit: I'm from germany, so no ip blocking or something like that

Edit2: I can ping the server, and it is connecting and communicating as I said.
