WE/WH can have tremendous sustained damage if they spec for it, especially in tier 4. WEs really shine now with Witch Brew, they are an incredibly competitive choice and they don't even have their crit tactic yet. .
Even if this wasn't the case in a group scenario shouldn't it be the tanks KDing for the MDPS not the other way around?

I would certainly hope so, I would revert immunites to reflect the 10s immuniter per each second of CC. WH/WE KDs have a 20s CD, now if you are fighting the same target you can use it on said target as soon as it comes of CD to full effect.Gobtar wrote:k
On the subject of immunities. 1s per CC = 10 seconds of immunities. I believe any changes to KD would be reflected by this rule.

you say you don't think they can compete in terms of sustained damage I am telling you, from my literal now 6 years playing WH/WE, that they can. And yes you do choose. One thing I learned from dueling, over 200 times each, Osiris (dps dok) and Nydig (WE) is that you are constantly weighing options of what to use on what target to better handle the current situation. You dont choose because you are always speccing for KD, if you dont spec for it, then the choice is based on attacking a caster or a melee person.
Of course a KD is better than a silence or disarm, duh.

Being predictable is as good as being dead and football is simple game where men chase a ball for 90 minutes and Germany always wins?
Because even with 2 seconds, a kd, group wise, is a much better option in 90% of the cases.

except when the kd is 3 seconds and its on a tank. Which is what this thread is discussing. Your point was WH/WE need a 3 sec KD for sustained damage. I disagree with that point I stated why. I guess I can post screens of my WEs dps in the current witchbrew no kd spec if you would like? As to Germany always winning soccer wasn't the past world cup the first in like 25 years? Not that I care because I'm an unculterd american and love my Football.

Then you obviously are clueless as to what you are talking about.
