RvR and chapter bar

I have a problem, in troll country and other parts of the t2 order side (almost all) i can't see the RvR status (the bar it's empty and say that nobody controll the zone), and I cant see also the blue chapter bar with the influence and the bar and the requests/part of the public quests.
what can i do?

Ho un problema, in troll country e nella maggior parte della altre zone ordine del t2, quasi tutte, non vedo nè la barra dell'RvR (me la segna vuota e dice che nessuno controlla la zona, ordine e distruzione allo 0%), inoltre non vedo la barra azzurra dei capitoli in cui si accumula l'influenza e le public quest. Cosa posso fare?
