wh vs we

so , i just realized as i rolled a Witch hunter today that their blessing apply on finishers (execution) and for witch elves , it s 25% chance on attacks . Doesn't that make the witch hunter always apply their blessing while the witch elf have a probability ? according to me this is a "dis-balance" , unless some one can explain or show me how witch elves can compensate for this either by tactics or by skills ...

WH bullets while being on demand, attached to finishers, do not hit their target as often as WE RNG proc based. WE can proc early in a fight or not at all, but in my experience you normally get a proc in the first few seconds. I prefer kisses to bullets actually

Asymmetrical balance will always be "unbalanced" if you compare it like this.

That said **** Witch Elves.

What I tend to do with my WH though is open from stealth with a 2CP builder, or if not stealth just build 1, and fire off an execution appropriate to the situation just for the purpose of applying the effect. Most of the time this tends to be Absolution for initial burst.

we procs > bullets

MrESkull: that is the perfect way to give up burst/kill potential.

Can WE get the old kiss of doom back? Old proc builds back in the start of the game were the best. Before kiss damage was nerfed.
