How to go about leveling?

So how are you all going about your leveling? I don't suppose grinding mobs is the only option?

Grinding is the way to go, for now at least

yah we been farming alot of lvl 7 gear and giving them out to people on Destro

well Farming is boring, but if I have a healer my AoE makes it quick ;p
