Try the common solution, which I mention here.
Basically, only make your password out of the 26 characters in the english latin alphabet, and numbers. no caps, no special symbols. There is likely an issue with how the hashing algorithm handles different encoding systems used in different regions, but this isn't my area of expertise.
Then you will have to wait for a server restart.

Re: Invalid Use/PW
I tried this before I made the post, Thanks though. Guess I'll wait for restart.
Re: Invalid Use/PW
Hey Geni thanks for the reply! I've tried that too, should've mentioned it as I went through the forums looking for information on the subject. Unfortunately a no go. Thanks again for the info though, much appreciated.
Re: Invalid Use/PW
My account is now up and running, logged in just now. Thanks again!
Re: Invalid Use/PW
New user, have tried the simplify password method with no success.
Re: Invalid Use/PW
The same for me. No success even after the reboot server this morning.jonesos wrote:New user, have tried the simplify password method with no success.

Re: Invalid Use/PW
Tried waiting, changing to a "simple" password and several reboots but I'm still getting the "Invalid Username/Password" when trying to log into the launcher.

Re: Invalid Use/PW
i have tried multiple times over multiple days, i am having this issue as well when attempting to log into the launcher.
Re: Invalid Use/PW
Still having issues. Not much else I can do. Have tried the following:
1. The classic "Turning it off and on again",
2. Simplified the password a few times,
3. Multiple attempts to log in within x minutes and over longer periods,
4. Tried to logon after server restart.
No rush, but if anyone has time to look at this it would be appreciated.
