If everyone plays support then who will dps?

do rvr?
Let me know when t2 has active rvr, one that isn’t one zerg rolling from one side to the other until they get to mandreds espically during NA times

Strawman. I didn't say everyone should reroll, but some should. Their dissatisfaction at having to compete with tons of other DPS for scenario slots may even hasten that.

Somehow this makes waiting for 40min justifiable besides the usual "suck it up"
40min? You're overexaggerating a lot.

As DDs are gods gift to RoR, i can't see any logic in these words. :geek:

There are 3 options to get faster queue times. 1) Queue for all scenarios. 2) Queue with a Tank/Healer friend. 3) Roll a tank healer. You don't want any solution you just want to keep playing the way it always was. Let me tell you something as a tank main: I don't want 5 dps on my team. I also want some healers so I can guard idiots without getting to 10% because of it. I'd rather have longer queues. Except I don't, because I don't play DPS :P

Who are these "people" you are reffering too? Calling everyone not agreeing with you whiners, selfish and similar, is really not productive, nor accurate.

Personally, I like a role check in principle as it makes for more fun matches. However, I do not believe RoR has enough population to sustain this with reasonable que times.

Edit: With that said, now that we have it implemented we might as well try it for a few weeks and then evaluate it.

I agree with you on this. Trying to have a debate on the current match making system and it ends with the usuall stuff...

And Az telling ppl to reroll support ot suck it up itsn't really helpfull at all. Can't speak for anyone else than myself but my main characters are healers: RP, WP and Shammy. With the recent changes to gold gain from kill quests i've started to focus more on crafting (Not just suppling pots and talismen for myself but trying to make a profit). None of the three menioned classes are very effective as PvE farmers in yjrit healing spec (RP in no spec at all... And no, I don't want to spend 5 - 6g to respec every time I need to farm and let alone farm the gear needed to be more effective). So what do I do? Make a DPS to have a more enjoyable time farming PvE. Guess I'll have farm on my tank alts then... Zzz... Back to T1...

In t3 and t1 que times arnt bad at all b/c the populations are fine, the real issue is in T2 where this excrabtes the already problematic que times and does the same during the already problematic NA play times

How I experienced the new system.
Tried it the first day, 30+mins waiting time on tank (order, CET+1, 8pm), just to get into an already started BfP, 3 times, one GoE. Logged off.
In premade though, instant pops on destro, waiting on order. Barely premade vs premade, while 50% of the time the other premade dodges anyways.....
How long until the premade vs premade only sc? :)

edit:
Spoiler:
screw pugs! they wanted it that way
You know who I am.

What Az is saying isn't wrong.

If you want faster pops times, either

A: find a healer/tank to que up with
B: Form a premade
C: Play on Healer/Tank during low pop times

The fact is you have multiple options to alleviate que times, if you choose not to take advantage of them then you have to live with it. People are going to bitch and moan because this breaks years of a total **** que system and is one of the biggest changes I think RoR has been subject to yet.

The current state of the game also puts way too much emphasis on scenarios, because ORvR in T3 is ultimately pointless compared to the T4 campaign and as of now many players are pretty much capped out on multiple characters in terms of progression. Maybe it wasn't the best time to roll out this change, but I swear to god if it gets reverted due to retards whining about it.
