Dark Elves will be added to Total War in one of the expansions. What will be interesting is to see where they put them though- will they expand the Warhammer World to encompass naggaroth, Ulthuan etc or will they pick up in the End Times with the elves unified at the point that they emerge from a portal in Athel Loren in the Old World. I hope it's the former- the End Times sucks and was really badly written.

There was a Warhammer addon for Mount and Blade at one stage. Not sure what happened to it.

I'm surprised no-one uses those old school RPG makers or other gaming engines to create their own content. Especially RPGs.

Warhammer: Mark of Chaos with the expansion Battle March is an RTS that let's you play as Dark Elves. I think that might be as close as you get.

I haven't got the link, but CA told us on the Steam forums that they won't be working into the End Times story arcs. They were aiming to create a "timeless" setting just before End Times.

Call of Warhammer is Ok. TW:W is gonna be epic. And the creators have already stated that EVERY army that had a book for 8th edition will be in the game... eventually.

So yes, DE/HE will be playable at some point. As far as RPG? Nope. Your best bet would be to try and find a gaming group for Warhammer fantasy, or you can just house-rule up a Warhammer theme for DnD/pathfinder/whatever.
