Problem upon logging in.

Right, so the torrent download and the launcher download went fine. I put the launcher file into my game folder, and upon trying to log in, came upon this;

I am running Windows 8, I believe. But from the text there appears to be some kind of issue with the access. Any idea what is exactly causing this?

MAke sure files arent marked as read-only.
