This. Quests are mostly way to lvl up in reasonable time, making lvl restrictions to decrease gold generation is like putting down forest fire with cup of water. It will be still generated and prices will rise since there is not way to decrease amout of gold in use, besides maybe like 30-40g per character to various greenies, dyes and mount. Want healthier economy? IMO only way would be to wipe all gold and items, besides actually worn and thropies / vanity. Than reduce gold rewards from quests. Wipe will clear all exploited stuff, epic talis for 5 scout emblems when obliterator was salvageable etc. Just my 5 cents.

The economy is ruined not because of t3 kill quests taken by lvl 1 players but because there was no wipe after a major gold exploit where there was people with tens of thousands of gold buying everything on the AH, things like green items for hundreds of gold :^)

T1-2 is absolute **** for veteran players esp when it's dead, most people just powerlevel to 22 from 1 because it takes about 3 hours instead of days :^)

Leveling in the lower tiers needs to be streamlined not made worse.

For the purpose of leveling pqs dont need to work as you can still just farm the mobs for exp and chapter inf

but i hate the mindless grind of T2 which is why i want kill quests to give more significant exp rewards so that we can acctully level with them and not have to grind rats

That's why i think that we should have an alternative way to level up, not only in the RvR lakes, but also with the properly made PvE part - quest, public quests, oh how i loved some PQs, they gave me so much immersion into the game's lore :)

I'm against changing this... it helps lower levels a lot to level faster. 30k xp for every 25 kills is godsend if you're struggling in NA with only 170 people on...

Tbh, until there are other ways of leveling up that do not involve mass grinding rats, I would say let players enjoy themselves and level up quickly throught these quests. However, come live, when everything works as intended, t4, pqs, dungeons, etc, then I would say fix the kill quests. Atm, t1/2 is a waste of time. Everyone is rushing for t3, why? Because t3 is the goal atm. There is no purpose for players to take their time in the lower tiers. It's more of a chore than something to experience. Of course, this will all change when everything is working so until then powerleveling through these quests i can understand why people do it.

Let me mention this as well.... Destro Economy seems fine to me. The Order economy however has been at a 2:1 ration to that of destro. That all started when the big exploit hit Order (but destro seemed to be completely uneffected). If you look at the AH though, Order has a buttload of brigand items compared to Destro. This is kind of helping Order with their economy due to brigand items being two times cheaper on Order than it is on Destro.

What I know for certain though is that the kill quests are not effecting the economy one bit. If it did... you would see bloody/gale items costing 5g each, all green level 1 talis costing a gold or 2. Seems fine to me how it is right now.
