For me it also doesn't work. His account might be tagged by GitHub, it happens when server automatically considers you a spambot and hides your activity from public access until you write them an e-mail explaining you are a human.

Ok so yesterday I start leveling my Witch Elf, I wanted to do this in the Dark Elf areas for nostalgic reasons and my love for the DE, anyway on point, I finished chapters 1-4 pve and tier 1 pvp influence I have screenshots to prove this, my influence bars/amounts have been reset upon login twice at least so I started taking the screen shots when i finished the influence to elite.

I cannot get any of the rewards I have worked for and also It resets my influence upon logout/login.
