HI, I was noticing that a lot of the time Concealment wouldn't work vs Sham/magus/SH.
I'm finding that this defensive Morale may be lacking in terms of it's usefulness as if there are too many ability which can easily ignore it then it makes it very useless, and a RDPS needs to have some reliable defensive Morale capabilities.
Is this one supposed to work vs DOT's already applied? I can't remember.
Is it required to be facing I have been trying to get better details but I'm not that good with the combat log stuff.
