Lack of destro in EU prime time.

I think its time the GLs from each side sit around together on a TS and make some raid nights.

I feel only this was can we get around the x realm pug issues. Its something to discuss further between us and see what we can do.

(EDIT) If any Guild leader from either side want to PM me you are more than welcome to come join our ts and have a chat and see what we can do.

Order.

Kings Own - Echosta
Bitterstones - Drengk

Destro

Nazgul - Blazican (I think)
Cholpi - (Some french guy :D)
Chuchuchu - Ade
CCMezz - Kolkuth

Are you referencing today as your benchmark for lack of destro? Like, around the time Order took HP/Talabecland? The server pop at the moment Order capped Stoneclaw was 51% Order 49% Destro. The destro in the keep only had 60 or 80% AAO. People are on, they just aren't in the lakes. Tons of people AFK in the warcamps waiting for free ticks, but they always have. A friend of mine used to sit in Norsca in the warcamp with his banner out while he was at work to cheese renown on live. On an RR 70+ BO. This is as even as things are going to get. I also don't think crossrealming is as big a problem as people think it is.

The biggest problem I see is that a large portion of the people on this server see anything over 12 guys as omg noob zerg. They want everyone to follow their ebushido code and have honorable 6v6 and 12v12 fights where someone fires a starting gun for the honorable duel to start under controlled circumstances. OR alternatively, they get super mad when a bunch of pubs make a WB to try to avoid getting steamrolled by their perfectly set up, on VOIP group with guard for every dps and at least 2 healers per group.

No, we want organized fights. All I'm saying is that we should organized raid nights (guilds do that) on the same night.

I don't care if its Ade and epo grps, or PF or Nazgul.Or all of them. It doesn't matter, but a bit of comms will benefit the server 10x

Realm population is and always has been volatile on this server. With the relatively low population it really only takes one or two guilds rerolling or development hitting a roadblock and walling off progression and players getting bored to cause one side to become dominant, especially NA primetime.

Until T4 and city seiges I wouldn't bother with trying to actively make population balanced.

What destro needs that order has, is a good organised/structured big guild with a bit of experience behind them, guilds such as CIR - a nice organised guild with structure that rally the faction when it needs it. Kings Own is the order to this atm, when you guys log on, people follow you since you are organised and execute things.

Another issue is that on destro there is a lot of in-fighting, people just don't get a long as well. I have seen PF get shafted in the chat which amuses me because they are a big guild on destro that actually fights when everyone else logs over to the winning side, they are willing to try unlike most of the pug playerbase/other guilds.

In the lakes, since we are but a 3 man guild group, we do not have big influence in trying to get things co-ordinated, often times people will follow us around and we seem to amass a fairly small following, but generally it's just enough players to fight off other smaller wb's/roaming groups or maybe take a BO here or there.

Nazgul ( in tier 2 ) were the guild that pulled the numbers for the destro side, since then a lot of them have stopped playing/taking a break, so the numbers are not what they used to be. Perhaps if we could band together guilds like PF, nazgul and some of the smaller guilds together then it could start something.

One thing that would help in this is if guild alliances were to work, we can get all the active guilds into one alliance, then we get some co-ordination going and we can start putting up some more resistance. Getting some smaller guilds to tackle objectives around the rvr lake whilst we have the bigger guilds causing havoc, just things like that to make rvr more lively.

If we can start the communication ball rolling, it should help with the xrealming, if the bigger guilds stay on and stay motivated to fight, then the chance members will xrealm over will hopefully decrease and it will help solve the issue. Until the guild alliance system works then we need to rely on whispers/cross ts action etc etc, maybe a post listing the active guilds and their leaders, maybe setting up a big guild alliance that way can help in the meantime.

Look at the pug wbs, a high percent of the players aren't guilded....why is that? More people need to join guilds, and guilds need to get more players and group up more and take to the lakes :D .
Also access to alliances would be helpful for smaller guilds to group up and create something.

More like population organization. Like, meet me on the playground at 2pm.

It's ridiculous bet yeah. It is kinda what we need to do.

When we fight PF in the lakes, HP doesn't lock. We just fight all night. Wipes on both sides and we love it.
