Classes with low apm

Hey,

I'm an old fart so struggle with classes with high apm. I was playing white lion and IB but found them a bit spammy and my hands got sore.

On order side, what classes are low on apm or have a slow rotation. I'd love to know which, melee dps, ranged dps and healer fit this category if possible. I've heard knight is the lowest apm tank for order.

For a career mechanic that is very automated, I would probably suggest the knight and chosen soft-mirror. Activating 3 auras toggled on and then thats it.
For the minimum expected performance for pugwarbanding, you basicly need to be in guardrange of your group's damagedealers, once in a while you can do some guardswapping but this is honestly not expected in open-warbands imho. In organized 2-2-2 no discord warbands you can also get away with very little guardswapping, as its mostly on the higher-level discord warbands players might ask for this.

As for your buttonpresses, throwing out Challenge on the enemy DPS deathball, applying a singletarget snare on an enemy tank or dps player and you are way way there. Holding the line activation is not too spammy, but is only really benefictial for your allies when there are alot of ranged enemies shooting into your warband.
Above-average expecations and performance would be something like setting an assist macro to the Leader, or assigned MainAssist player. Getting his target and knocking them down with Singletarget KD, stripping away blessings every 5sec. Targeting and interrupting with your interrupt ability and/or taunt. Punting away their guarding tank. But you can get away with being an older casual player by joining likeminded players, and having a polite and charming attitude gets you most of the way in this game where we are all acient.

Other posters might have other or better suggestions.
oh, and also if you dont like too spammy classes I think there is a Sequenser addon but i have no experience with it, but that might save your fingers in some cases.

Yes I've heard knight/chosen is good for low apm gameplay. Thanks for the advice on playing them. I have one at lvl 9 already now and seems nice and relaxing.

I'm hoping others can help with the other gameplay types as I like to swap characters now and then.
