If I may ask one additional thing: Is it intended that "Gift of Khaine" remains a party HoT when now Khaine's Force is an oop heal?

Asking this because in the case of shield WP Exalted Defences offers them an option to further strengthen their oop heals while sDOK seems to lack that.

You do realise BG punt is the most influential punt in the game and yes it isn’t mindless spam as a counter weight (requiring hate)
This makes me laugh every time someone uses this argument to pretend BG punt is still "ThE BeSt" punt in game. BG punt, at full charge, is slightly better than its counterparts (arguably, because the Chosen / KoTBS punt has a bigger flight time). It can never be "mindless spam" since it's a 20 s / 10 s (in 2H) CD skill, as any of the other punts. It requires 100 Hate to be "slightly better" than its counterparts, which requires at least 5 seconds of ramp up at the beginning of a fight, while any chosen / kotbs (and now BO / SM since they removed the stance conditional) can punt right away.

The super punt once was the signature of the Black Guard class, before it was decided that every tanks needs every tools in game (which in return brought a hell of a CC fest in combat, rather than chosing which tank you prefer to play according to its signature skills), and it is quite obvious that it has turnt right now into the worst single target punt because of the ramp up needed. It was acceptable while other class kept conditionals on it (SM / BO), although it was still already faster than ramping up to 100 hate, but now it's a real disadvantage.

I completely agree with adding the reasonable range on the knights and chosen punts. But why add the 40% 5 sec snare on top?

The Ironbreaker has to use a previous global to first apply the same snare, before using a global to punt the target away.

Do you guys even play the game?

Currently Whazat Behind You?! sits in the Ability group. Therefor it already didn't stack with your detaunt abilities. Why this was the case I don't know, but afaik this is from the live ability data, so most likely it didn't stack on live either.

Normal detaunt abilities have a component checking that you are not guarded, Whazat Behind You?! doesn't have this. This means that it should "stack" with Guard. (And this doesn't change either). So the actual change, if anything, is a buff since it does allow Whazat Behind You?! to stack with normal damage reduction abilities, which it previously didn't.
The first part is not true, wasnt here, neither on live. When i leveled my shaman wazad + regular detaunt were stacking for sure. On live the stacking was as i said triple tacitc + skill + moral (is it possible to have some pics of it but it is purely combat log onces)

Anyway i dont really play shaman on ror but it is abit sad the butchering that goblins racial tactics received on ror. Basically these tactics much or less become obsolete. When balancing racial tactics i thought devs will buffs all to goblin's level not the other way around to make all of them obsolete

Yes, but they are not balanced with the rest of the game as per these new patch notes.

Consider it. These two buffs used to grant corporeal/elemental resistance only. Then you buffed them to to work vs all the three elements with a value set consistent with the Aura buffs, some other class resistance buffs.

Now that everyone else got lowered buffs and had some of their resistance debuffs lowered, it is imho imbalanced to keep these two unchanged in the new patch,

Well, time will tell.

See nothing really bad besides im no fan of this generalization&unification design and removing each and every outliner ability so i'd argue the general approach rather then you technically being done. But that was talked thru so many times so wont beat a dead horse further. Would be cool if someday after everything is generalized&unified further balancing would be done with carefully creating outliners (from a good, full of data ground which current design provides as one of its pros), so to keep unique none mirror feature.

However tho, its page 8 already, but none asked imo most important and not properly covered question

And how exactly will those two abilities (Guard&Detaunt) operate with each other? Is it changed from what we've had before? Are their application order for incoming damage stays as it was IF you are guarded AND you detaunt ATTACKER (from both guarded and detaunting DPS and guarding tank PoV)? Are there any plans into changing previous interactions between guard and detaunt when they are applied simultaniosly?
Or is it just me not getting wording from initial post and other explanations?

Balance Changes

- Cannon Smash - Armor debuff reduced from 1400 to 1320.
Also this part is incredibly questionable - why pick such value, being just 264 (80 points difference from 344 and now battle goes for each additional point) difference with Demolishing Strike (1056), which is literally M1, while CS is M3. Thats really beyond, i can understand (but dont agree) whole this "unify them all" philosophy, but you then rather remove every unique morales (like they are almost unified already, just few outliners) then nerf this one. I would understand if it would stay as 2400 nuke like before, or would debuff like it was debuffing. But both damage nerf and this utility... I dont know, why so much hate on engineer? :D

Dang i wish they would give transfer essence , sigmar radiance to dw and 2h like that could help abit with group heals. Dok shield kinda meh and WP shield is okay but not that great to put melee pressure. With 2h,DW would not have access to sigmar will but could at least help with group heals in sc.
