Didn't get my first mount until 22 on the first character. I leveled entirely via ORVR and a few SCs. I finally took some advice and did pve until I got some Dye drops which vendor well.

Ironically, my second character got a Chaos Black Dye on the first quest of killing Nurglings at level 1 ...hah

I have only ever used this one http://www.vpngate.net/en/download.aspx which is free through a Japanese University. I remember it having disconnect issues from time to time. Have one you can recommend?
