Depends on when you'll play.
Weekends and EU evenings have enough players to make the game function.
Off-peak hours, roughly speaking, do not.

To me, the only substantive difference is that 2H gets 10-s punt, while 1H gets hold the line.
Better players might disagree though.

Search for a reliable mdps in your team, guard him and follow him. use swiftassist (addon) or a simple assist macro (Menue -> macros -> create one with /assist [name]). go on the same target, if you can identify a guard tank from the target kick it away with your punt. Thanks for that---but is there no add-on out there that will, for example, tell you that 'your shatter removed [some buff]'?

I tend to mash these buttons when they light up, but often struggle to figure out what they removed.

Is there an add-on or some Buffhead setting that can determine the outcome?
