A couple of corrections:

* Witchbrew does require strength, it didn't maybe 6-9 months back, but that was changed
* Flowing Accusations build with 1-2 accusation abso spam is actually more healing than WE kiss regen, roughly double. The bigger diff in effectiveness was WE doing more spell-based ...

so seeing that the confession line is the SPI dps line, can we now do a regen build like the WEs do?

and if so how would you build it- ALSO-- IS BaL spi as well?

Witchrage on the armory?

I have noticed that the destruction faction here with all the changes that 8 have no clue why were implemented, seems to be the favored faction by devs and players alike.


currently regen gear for specifically witch elves is very imbalanced.

1. leveling to 40 is very arduous.
if it wasn't for the 2x exp I would never hit 40 for 6 to 8 mos.

no one is leveling, and the majority of my exp came from rvr during 2x exp.

I just hit 40 yesterday, and have tried to level a different class in between.

This is blatantly false. On my cr 35 SM i only leveled through scenarios solo and I won more than 60% of the SCs. My SM is rr41 with ...
