its the first thing in your inventory when you made the character. It functions like a hearthstone.

if you don't want to grind the majority of your levels, which is mind numbing, you can run to the warcamp near the rvr lake and fly to the elf lands and do their chapter 1-4 quests. there are more of them working than Orc and possibly Chaos.
If you made an Orc/gobbo, your book of binding is set to ...

I only played Live zealot before Harb was added, it's pretty awesome, no more 2 sets of gear.

the ability cooldowns only show if you wait for the little flicker effect after the global cooldown to activate the ability. If you do it just before, the ability will go off, but the icon wont change

the barber npc would be really nice also. I realized I missed an option at creation on one of my lvl 10s and really dont want to relevel them for it.

you need to set it up and try it to answer that question. For most everyone on this board it is very worth it. But to some it might not be at this time. As poorly optimized and buggy as WAR was at launch, I didn't skip a beat jumping in.
