It's a very simple question, what do people think the power difference should be. If its get friends and get to 40, 200 to 400 percent is fine, well ok then.

The level discrepancy is hardly felt if you are with friends playing in a tight group/WB. Bolster helps immensely too.

I'm not sure what the issue you are seeing is. The Int/Magic Power/Magic crit is converted to Willpower/Healing Power/Healing crit when Rune of Breaking is Toggled off*. You don't lose anything by getting Int instead of Willpower.
