Yes, it deals damage. The target plus its guard instantly dies if that WH touches it. He has become well known on the destro side for being this powerful. :)

Just want to know why this is happening against every Runepriest I've ever encountered?

i put this on the bugtracker, its not the original behaviour and the change was wrong IMHO.

logging out in a keep or bo should respawn you in the wc, logging out in the normal rvr lake (or going into a sc) should respawn you at the location you logged out/went into sc.
