tedem82 have you tried leaving the area of the PQ and then returning there? This normally works for me, I have this issue sometimes when the PQ's change stages

Very very slow exp on this server guys I have to say, I remember on live it would take like 2-4 days play to reach max level here it takes double that to reach just 20+ (then exp rockets down even further)

Every day I've logged in and ask for xp groups and no-one is willing (never, ever, like wtf ...

Best option would be to start gaining t3 Soldier's Emblems from scenarios, the chalice you receive at level29/rr29 is superior, and gives the same amount of Soul Essence.
