Second that stuff. Happens for both 32/64bit clients. Old enhancement mod files were removed before installation of new one. So any hints on what should I look at in this predicament?

Don't think that server side needs ogl in any form, you must be thinking of game client. But it's proprietary project and RoR devs have no relation to client. Whether mythic's client utilize ogl or not - that's another question.
