On my opinion T1 to T2 lvling is too quick. The best descision for me will be debolster. But because it costs too many workhours i do not mind to see xp lock on lvl 8 or even 7 and maybe 16 and 24 in T2/T3. Another idea is to lock PvE XP because of gathering profs, rvr lairs and maybe smthing else ...

Intimidating Repent tactic could be useful.

I just want to say that it is better to remove all AOE CC from the game than to make immunities last like on early live.

It was horrible on live when you was constantly stunned, knocked down etc. I suppose it is better to remove SM/BO AOE knockback and make it single target than decreasing CC immunity time.

Both order and destro sides have access to lvl 38-40 mobs since T1 stable release. Search better.
