Return of Reckoning

I've logged in every day since Saturday to see if my characters have come back. Today the servers were down so I assume there was a server restart and checked again. My characters are still missing and I've not heard back from any of my private PM's or this post about what has happened to my account ...

3rd day still the same no characters but still can log in to make a character. Could anyone give me some answers to why this has happened? Its not really easy to reroll when I've spent months finally maxing out many of my toons and their gear.

Almost over 24 hours and still do not see my characters. I can not pm anyone because I do not have permission yet to make pms.
