I'm more of a fan of the armour pen tactic. I've found it does more damage and has better utility when using anything other than bludgeon spam.
you mean armed pen with guilty soul or 25 auto attack with armor pen?
When you strike a target with bludgeon your armour penetration is increased ...

I crash with that issue on Vulcan, I don't think there's a work around unfortunately..
The 3d9 dll included in Sildur's pack isn't the most optimal.

I've played Wrath and It's okay. However.. A gap closer feels needed. Or even some form of CC outside of a slow. All it takes is a KD and you're not catching any ranged or melee class without fleeing.

I think I prefer the 25% AA compared with the 25% more AA DMG. I always viewed the tactic as a way to improve baseline damage. This seems to want to improve the baseline by giving bludgeon a 25% dmg increase but then boosts AA Dmg by 25%. Which doesn't make as much sense IMO compared to giving 25 ...

Yeah this avoidance chance doesn't make sense. If I stack 50% parry strikethrough and my target only has 30% parry, I only get 15% parry strikethrough.. It makes no sense to invest into avoidance now except up to I'd argue the median between the starting value and the max possible.
