I have also shelved the shield spec since the healer rework, having played it for almost 2 years before the rework.

It's way to clunky to play now and the healing output/dps outpout is 30-35% lower to what it was before.

Save yourself some headache and go back to book.

You can't anymore they are extremely rare event rewards. There might be some for sale on the AH

Looks great. Imagine if the campaign would reset all the way back to T1. That would be a nice sight for new players!

It check conditions and makes decisions based on them, exactly the reason NB was banned.

Example:
NB - looks if the target is under 50% use finisher (Lion e.g.)
EZGuard - looks if target is under x% target the guy
Triage - same for heal


NB was banned because it had way too much automation ...
