Just wanted to let you know that I was able to logon and create my 1st character this evening. I haven't changed anything so I assume something was reset/changes on your side. Thank you for fixing the issue.

Still having issues. Not much else I can do. Have tried the following:
1. The classic "Turning it off and on again",
2. Simplified the password a few times,
3. Multiple attempts to log in within x minutes and over longer periods,
4. Tried to logon after server restart.
No rush, but if anyone has ...

New user, have tried the simplify password method with no success.
