I just found out about this today due to a Chosen named Imimprobus.

In order to start the chain you need to go to the waaagh room in K8P and take the portal.

Immediately go to the right into the junk pile and click on the chaos tablet in the top left corner.

Run west from that location and talk ...

I don't know what happened, I never had any issues. I was caught up in the character/guild lockout issue (that you fixed :D) and I'm ruined by the inability to use a mailbox. I've checked the bug tracker and it seems like there's only 1-2 people on there who have had this same issue ...

Same as most people, hit play, load continues until it backs me out onto a screen that has the option to hit play again which does absolutely nothing (and there's no button for other characters.) Reconnect to the server, rinse and repeat.
