Without XP off T1 will die off as soon as T2 is released. Lots of RvR lakes were empty on live, especially in the lower tiers, don't want that to happen here. Balance talismans for tier 1 and 2, or simply not add them at all if it means breaking the current meta. Just my .02 cents.

Warhammer online, the only MMO with actual RvR. Some people on this thread mentioned GW2, that game is terrible, and does true RvR a disservice. Yea. Just logged in and my bloody longstaff +40 int is missing. People in advice chat also missing gear.

Not saying it would be an easy fix or anything, but similar drops to current NPC rates, added to pvp either through BO NPC's, or player body looting would probably fix the issue entirely.
