I had the same issue the other day too. Not sure if it helps but I also didn't get a roll for any gear so it was almost like the game didn't even think I was present for the boss. No quest progress, no inf, nothing.

After getting drops quite regularly at the start, today I didn't get anything after watching multiple streams from 7AM - 4PM, then got the mount.. so it seems to slow down quite significantly.

Clicking on the results page on my phone brought up some pretty annoying spam about how my phone is infected..

Was watching this at work the other day, I have to say i laughed more than i should of!

Trying to farm the shoulders on my Zealot, now that's painful, I just gave up in the end and got the Anni shoulder instead.
