I'm having the same issue as well and I've tried excluding the game on my anti virus and firewalls

hey everyone when I was in altdorf and at certain sports my character would stop moving and my UI and graphics would start flickering and when it stopped certain graphic textures would disappear is there any fix to this and I was running it on 32 bit
