Return of Reckoning

I am having this same problem and have tried all the suggestions. The join scenario queue button does nothing. If I join a party that joins scenarios, it says i have joined the queue but i never get the pop and then am given quitter debuff. More thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated.

As someone who happens to enjoy both the oRVR and the SCs in this game, I am fine with the rewards of both except for the fact that I cant earn the currency to get either set of gear that I want by doing SCs and oRVR.
