I agree with Aurandilaz and Mcgotrek that in it's current state rvr system encourages very selfish behaviour. It's not about the gear as we will all get it eventually but it's that playing the game the theoretical 'right' way, so in a wb trying to lock the zone is the least rewarding.

I kind of agree with the OP. I would be fine with experimental modes if class balance was actively worked on but it doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I think it would make most sense to revert experimental changes for now and bring them back when someone picks the class balance work again.

The only thing I find quite concerning is the assumtion that these attacks are supposed to stop. They won’t stop. With server growing there will be more and more of them. Unless there’s some ddos protection in place, server will keep being down more often then not. People will eventually start ...
